| Network Structure
Our Bangor office is connected to the Internet by dedicated
64kbps leased line from XO. This is used for remote maintenance and
internal use only - we do not host or provide customers services on
this line as it is low bandwidth and is not redundant.
Our Telehouse facility is provide by LINX and bandwidth by Inweb
currently the UK's no 1 performing ISP (webperf.net).
Our servers are fed by an Ethernet link (10mbps) direct from Inweb's backbone (100Mbps and 45Mbps) ensuring high speed and
availability. Resilience is provided by peering arrangements with
other ISPs in the event of a network bearer failure.
Physical security is provided by Telehouse with uniformed
security, CCTV surveillance and proximity cards control entry.
Environmental conditions are maintained at 20C in air conditioned
rooms. Power is provided by multiple mains feeds through redundant
UPS systems backed up by generators, power continuity is a prime
objective of Telehouse.
